One of I’mPOSSIBLE’s primary goals is to connect women of colour in Britain and a prime way of doing this is through events:

• The I’mPOSSIBLE. conversation is a series of intimate events staged in central London where a panel of British women of colour (a mix of women from all walks of life at different stages) come together, to share their stories on the theme of ‘how I became POSSIBLE.‘  Pearls of wisdom, observations and testimonies are given through conversations the panel and audience have.  This first-of-its-kind, groundbreaking event gives a platform for various women of colour  to learn, share, listen, express, respect and find solutions to life’s quirks on their own terms.  See more…

• The I’mPOSSIBLE. awards ceremony has been created to celebrate and highlight the achievements of women of colour, in the UK between the ages of 18-34.  Eight categories that span all facets of modern life with an additional two categories dedicated to a single person’s achievements make the I’mPOSSIBLE. awards a reality to those it needs to reach the most.  Giving young women of colour in the UK better, more wide-ranging and balanced reference points for themselves and others like them.  I’mPOSSIBLE. will help redefine young women of colour’s perceptions of themselves and the world around them to make better informed decisions about the paths they choose to take.
