I’mPOSSIBLE. is a social enterprise whose primary aim is to educate and empower young *women of colour in Britain by celebrating, highlighting and promoting the achievements of British women from all ethnic backgrounds by showcasing the success and life stories of women of colour. The goal is to provide and highlight role-models and road maps for these young women to achieve success on their own terms.
The primary target audience for I’mPOSSIBLE. are women of colour between the ages of 18 to 34, who are British either living in Britain or abroad. Women aged either side of this target group will still be catered for with specific events after I’mPOSSIBLE’s primary goals are met.
The inaugural event of the project will be the I’mPOSSIBLE. awards ceremony in London which will award, celebrate and promote British *women of colour between the ages of 18 to 34. The 10 women awarded, would have made a positive impact in their careers and communities and therefore have also impacted their peers and society; in particular, young women aged 12-24. The awards are aiming to help to readdress, dispel and provide a balance to the overused, negative stereotypes, images and myths that surround British *women of colour.
I’mPOSSIBLE. will assist in providing solutions to the social issues that effect women of colour by partnering with and supporting organisations that celebrate, empower, encourage and support this group of women.
Our work will help to change the mindset of women of colour as well everyone around them; leaving a positive legacy that will continue to grow, empower and educate for generations to come.

Ultimately, we are all POSSIBLE, but most of all; I’mPOSSIBLE.
*The term ‘women of colour’ is used by I’mPOSSIBLE. as an inclusive term to describe non-white female groups with emphasis on the common experiences that this group of women share rather than focus solely on their ethnicity.
